Raven (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) vs Tharja (Fire Emblem: Awakening) - Raven doubles but doesn't 2HKO at base, two shots of Nos roughly undoes 1 silver sword hit and 4HKOs Raven's bad RES but Vengence should push her over into 3HKOing, but she needs that as Raven can 4HKO through Nos otherwise (Waste is waaay too trashy on accuracy for her here).  And of course she really hopes he doesn't crit, never mind, Killer Edge strats are probably too strong here if she's getting doubled, if I'm going to respect Vengence enough for a 3HKO, I should at least consider how high Raven's crit rate is going to be.  Could use a closer look but this feels right for now.
Chrom (Fire Emblem: Awakening) vs Eliwood (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) - Better.
Ranger (Bravely Default) vs Ennarcia Dysler (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy) - Enna kills... either on turn 2.4 or 2.8, depending on whether or not you subscribe to fuck off forever Goto interps (40 GP doesn't lower it quite enough for Enna to kill by 2.4)... Ranger 5HKOs due to Enna's kind of bad defense at base but Blocker should turn that into a 6HKO... Ranger's 3rd turn comes in at... ~2.7 to me.  Well then.  I'll point out that either no GP or lower turn speed respect gives this to Enna though so I expect I'll be the only one voting this way.
Ricardo Gomez (Shadow Hearts: From the New World) vs Lilly Pendragon (Suikoden III) - Think Ricardo's under a bit too much pressure for this one, even if Sword of Rage is blunted a bit, Heavy Damage is a problem.

WTA!!1  PC Hrist loses horribly, Boss Hrist I usually kneejerk as more of a low Godlike, but I'm also not inclined to let bosses be "smart" about chipping around stuff like Counter...  so Hrist attacks and eats both Counter and a Counterattack, then Basilio thwacks her.  That's 120 + (whatever Counter is seen as doing) + (WTA boost on brave axe) damage, which is pretty nice...  additionally, Basilio MIGHT go first on turn 2 (with a bow?) and MIGHT survive Nibelung Valesti (I certainly bake in Toughness on everyone) and either would make this easy.  Hrist has a block rate in the topic, but Elf claims that VP2 block isn't very good which matches my recollection, so yeah, not respecting that much.  Close though.

Vyse (Skies of Arcadia) vs Rydia (Final Fantasy IV)- Bad matchup. Vyse does well against the fighters in this field but he hates status. He also can't exploit Rydia's awful HP/speed combo.

Lufia (Lufia and the Fortress of Doom) vs Menardi (Golden Sun)-Death Seize can't be silenced. Even if it could be silenced, she has to hit a 70% silence turn one and heal her way out of trouble. Menardi's a ton faster to boot. And there's a decent argument to even hit Lufia with a level penalty. All that equals a pretty ugly fight.

Red Fiend (Lunar 2: Eternal Blue) vs Ryu (Breath of Fire IV) - Huh...yeah.  This is...surprising.  Did elemental physicals get partially resisted (like combo spells being 2 elements) with immunity to the element by not physical?  Think Ryu can still win this anyway, which is hilarious.
Airy (Bravely Default) vs Avalon (Legaia 2: Duel Saga) - I don't know why I didn't vote on BD last week.  Yes, that's...Avalon is decent, but Airy's a bit much.

Heavy

Lyndis (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) vs Bowie (Shining Force II) - Bolt4?  Sol Katti helps resist that a bit, but slows her down a bit.  FE generally doesn't like my speed interpretation, since EXAs probably let her take this.

Lufia (Lufia and the Fortress of Doom) vs Menardi (Golden Sun) - Huh...really don't have stats for Lufia with lower levels (which...I think I subscribe to - the rest of the party my first time through was 20+ levels above her in the final fight).  Mmm...that begs the question of whether I take Lufia as a temp or not.  She'd rather be a temp, taken right before she leaves, than taken against the final boss as she comes back.  For this match, I don't think it matters, as Menardi isn't that bad.  Closer if Lufia is taken as a temp, a slaughter if she's taken in the final battle vs. the rest of the cast.

Airy (Bravely Default) vs Avalon (Legaia 2: Duel Saga): You'll need it next round, kid. (Actually Avalon's not a bad slugger and honestly the only reason I'm confident Airy wins is that she's faster.)

Heavy

Lyndis (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) vs Bowie (Shining Force II): Man, Bowie taken without Bolt 4 does not look like a Heavy at all.
Basilio (Fire Emblem: Awakening) vs Hrist Valkyrie (Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria): To quibble here... Hrist uses a halberd, and FE unequivocably categorises those as axes, so no WTA hype. Hrist... needs a turn 1 stone here... but she also needs to go first or she may well die to Counter (which should kick in even if Basilio is petrified? You can argue). And of course if stone fails to proc for any reason she dies.
Jowy Atreides (Suikoden II) vs Mog (Final Fantasy VI): Mog when his physical tanking isn't in play does everything way too slowly for Heavy, his ID is like turn 4-5 and the healing isn't reliable.

Middle

Raven (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword) vs Tharja (Fire Emblem: Awakening): Mm yeah Nosferatu healing against Raven's bad Res goes a long way towards offsetting damage... but even one miss is a really bad time and Raven has decent evade (and Tharja really doesn't). Raven KOs in three Silver hits if even one of the two Nosferatus in the middle misses, and one miss also loses Tharja her own 3HKO obviously.
Chrom (Fire Emblem: Awakening) vs Eliwood (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword): Anything can change except Eliwood's mediocrity. At least this spares him from losing to Raven again in a rematch of his DL debut?
Ranger (Bravely Default) vs Ennarcia Dysler (Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy): Ehhh nope.
