Return of the Hair Tourney: Nominations

  This was fun the last time so it's happening again.  Teams of 4 members the same hair color battle it out with the other teams until a single winner emerges.

Nomination guidelines:
- Up to 10 per person.  It will be split up as 6 main noms and 4 reserves.  I'll dig into reserves only if a team needs more people to make a group of 4 so nom the characters you like first.  I'll also aim to get everyone's top pick in except in cases of either more than 4 top picks of the same hair color or not enough units to form a full squad.
- Any character is eligible as long as they're in a stat topic.
- If the character wears headgear such that their hair color can't be proven, they are ineligible.  Too bad for Meliadoul and Rofel, among others.  Though I might use such characters in a bonus match if anyone feels called to pick some alongside their other noms.
- The characters do not have to be in their dueling forms though please indicate any differences.  Like, say if you want to allow elemental shields for a FF6 character.
- Bald is an eligible category for this, have fun.
- High godlike characters are soft-banned.  Having someone overkill the other team in one shot the instant they get a turn doesn't make for very interesting matches.  This is the other exception to first pick getting in guaranteed.
- Listing the hair color with each nom is very helpful, especially if a character has multiple forms with different colors.

1000 MT damage in a 200 average?!

Oh hell no, that's way too overpowered.  With his speed, he could solo just about any team.  I'm on the fence about Terra's Ultima too but having its damage halved with multiple targets lowers it to somewhat above average damage rather than fatal.  (Similarly, had Rolf been nommed, Megid would be disallowed.  Halving his allies HP is not a problem when the opponents are thoroughly blown up.)
