Godlike:

Losers:
Terra Branford (FF6) vs. Shania (SH:FtNW) - Without looking up any numbers, I think Shania has the advantage...barring letting Terra get her over-leveled spells. Dream porter letting her double act here is huge and the recovery lag can be softened due to Stanlittobell. Terra's best bet might be to try outstalling Shania's SP but that's pretty rough - even without consideration of the Flare Brooch.

Heavy

Winners:
Lady Elmina Harken (WA:ACF) vs. Nel Zelpher (SO3) - Uh...Nel might OHKO here. Ice Falchion let's her hit weakness and cancelled Freezing Daggers into Mirror Dance is a lot of damage even on base. To add insult to injury here, techs are parry-proof in ACF so Harken's 100% relying on evade and those attacks are multi-hit.

Middle:

Winners:
Jude Maverick (WA4) vs. MOMO Mizrahi (XSs) - Form choice mattering for god knows however many fights now, but Jude is dead if MOMO3 gets a turn. Abyss Walker basically eats his entire skillset and then MOMO can just pump out Magic Damage. MOMO1 I think loses. Jude probably heal locks after a physical is my kneejerk due to MOMO's bad P.Dur but will need some number crunching to be more accurate.

Losers:
Machias Regnitz (ToCS2) vs. Stocke (RH) - Rematch. I'm pretty sure at this point, Mr. VSM matches are all either complete Match of Doom style slogs are end within 5 seconds. Here - it is case 1, part 2. Imagine fighting something like this in a real game though.

Light
Winners:
Marianne von Edmund (FE3H) vs. Zhuzhen Liu (SH1) - Once again, I kneejerk Renewal + Nos is a bit too much. Zhuzhen would actually need to be able to blitz and I don't think he can.

Losers:
Annette Fantine Dominic (FE3H) vs. Hubert von Vestra (FE3H) - Pretty sure, unless I'm missing something?

Godlike:

Losers:

Terra Branford (FF6) vs. Shania (SH:FtNW) - Think this is right.

Heavy

Losers:

Asellus (SaGa) vs. Geno (SMRPG) - Ah, well.

Middle:

Losers:

Machias Regnitz (ToCS2) vs. Stocke (RH) - Repeat.

Light

Winners:

Marianne von Edmund (FE3H) vs. Zhuzhen Liu (SH1) - Unless my recollection of SH1 status duration is completely cooked (no charm does nothing in venin edge like situations which this clearly is) I'm not sure how Zhuzhen makes any meaningful amount of damage stick before he runs out of SP, his best damage here is his physical which 4HKOs before Renewal and that shouldn't be good enough.

Losers:

Annette Fantine Dominic (FE3H) vs. Hubert von Vestra (FE3H) - Mire means Hubert wins threat range and the counter game and if Annette comes at him with anything heavier with a training axe she gets doubled by it.  Never mind the fact that Banshee kills Annette's range 1 offense anyways.  Anyways Annette's mdur is pretty much dead average and should be 5HKO'd by Mire+a finisher of some sort at worst and the best she can muster here is... an effective 3HKO and since Mire means she goes second she's not winning a damage race even if Banshee weren't a consideration.

Godlike:

Winners:

Mewtwo (PKMN) vs. Elyon (BoF5): Elyon's only hope is to use Karma Circle; all his other damage just gets eaten by Mewtwo's buff game. But that resolves on turn 4, which gives Mewtwo at least four turns to e.g. use Amnesia then Psychic x3, and there's no way I see Elyon surviving that. Later forms of Mewtwo probably struggle more.

Losers:

Terra Branford (FF6) vs. Shania (SH:FtNW): Probably hinges on Ultima, since that's likely a OHKO and anything else likely isn't, which lets Shania get her buff game going.

Heavy

Winners:

Lady Elmina Harken (WA:ACF) vs. Nel Zelpher (SO3): Yeah ice physicals are too much, probably.

Losers:

Asellus (SaGa) vs. Geno (SMRPG): The stat hit from blocking death is too much in this case. The hit to both speed and MDef means Geno probably just 2HKOs with Geno Flash before Asellus's second turn, no matter what she does.

Middle:

Winners:

Jude Maverick (WA4) vs. MOMO Mizrahi (XSs): I think this is the first match where form choice actually matters for MOMO. Jude can block confuse so he should be able to overwhelm MOMO1, and that's the form I park my vote; for characters in multiple games I'll usually go by "best overall game for everyone who wants to make the choice" mixed with "most-played game". I'm not sure whether XS1 or XS3 wins the former, but I'm quite certain XS1 wins the latter.

Light

Winners:

Marianne von Edmund (FE3H) vs. Zhuzhen Liu (SH1): Renewal is too big a headache. Zhuzhen landing Corpse Arm is a nice thought but unless you see it turning off the regen (and iirc even sleeping characters regenerate in e.g. the Tellius games) he just doesn't have any way to power past against Marianne's mdur.

Losers:

Annette Fantine Dominic (FE3H) vs. Hubert von Vestra (FE3H): As it should be.

Erwin Schrödinger will kill you like a cat in a box.
Maybe.

Terra Branford (FF6) vs. Shania (SH:FtNW) - Yeah, no Ultima, no whammy.

Lady Elmina Harken (WA:ACF) vs. Nel Zelpher (SO3) - Oh dear, Ice Daggers bypass Harken's Blocker. This is not pretty.
Asellus (SaGa) vs. Geno (SMRPG) - The Blood Chalice mdur hit always shocks me with how ugly it is. Almost 25% extra damage taken? Yeah, Asellus just can't recover from that.

Jude Maverick (WA4) vs. MOMO Mizrahi (XSs) - Unlike most people here, I still think the form MOMO uses doesn't really matter at all. XS3 MOMO's first turn speed is junk: Jude isn't far from instadoubling her at base, so RA means Jude immediately lands two turns before her first. Shoot+RA-boosted Assault Buster scrapes PC HP damage to average durability and MOMO not only sports 73% PC HP, but she has game-worst DEF. This is not even factoring the boosts to naked AB given from MOMO's sucky speed and defenses. Jude might OHKO with Assault Buster WITHOUT the rapid attack opener and he doesn't even have to. The other forms are academic. HILARIOUSLY, MOMO might have the best shot with XS2 of all forms, but I think Jude can avoid the 2HKO equipping his MDef-twinked armor at absolute worst.

Marianne von Edmund (FE3H) vs. Zhuzhen Liu (SH1) - Nosferatu+Renewal is frankly way too much here.
Annette Fantine Dominic (FE3H) vs. Hubert von Vestra (FE3H) - Feels right at a spiritual level.

I guess this would require some Xenosaga III mechanics testing to know for sure, but my recollection is that XS3 Agi is just not a very potent stat.  So I wouldn't really hype Jin or Jr. as resisting AB very well, but I wouldn't antihype MOMO or KOS as being bad against it.  I checked the end of a speedrun and saw a turnorder of KOS-MOS -> Kevin -> chaos -> Jin with no speed buffs in play to my knowledge, where a strict speed order should have been something like Kevin -> Jin -> chaos -> KOS-MOS.  Obviously there were other turns that were more reasonable, just I'm inclined to average all the XS3 characters a lot closer to average speed.

This effect is more minor, but you could argue that a 3-turn WA4 damage average would also be a little higher - Jude's Attack -> AB -> AB is better than 3x AB, and if you really wanted to be cruel, if you count Jude's rapid attack as just half a turn, Attack -> AB -> Attack -> AB is even more damage.  (This is much more minor, of course.)
