Rubicante (Final Fanasy IV) vs Rean Schwarzer (Trails of Cold Steel II) - I'm voting on 4a here, so discount this if need be. Rubi's speed is listed as 32 to a 31 average, so he's only slightly faster than Average, whereas Rean is comfortably above (117%). So the question is: Does Valimar do enough damage before his 3 turns is up? 66K is about 1.32x the 50K KP and I do think that's just enough (if you tell me to estimate Rubi's durability, I'd peg about 1.3x). Meeple does note Rubi has significantly more durability than the other bosses up to that point, but yeah, I think this is right.

Clarissa Arwin (Wild ARMs XF) vs Corrin (Fire Emblem Fates) - EDIT: Levin Sword mitigates the effectiveness of Rob Turn somewhat and lets Corrin do some damage on Clarissa's Turn, even though it costs her 20 Avoid. Corrin wants to specifically equip Levin Sword here to make a 2nd Sacrifice extremely unattractive, forcing Clarissa to use the less accurate Howling Shot to finish. Clarissa goes first, Rob Turn, uses Sacrifice and deals about 80% of Corrin's HP. Corrin counters with Levin Sword for roughly 30% on Clarissa and applies Dragon HEX, which cuts damage by roughly 20% as well as Clarissa's HIT. With her HP being only at around 20% and losing a further 20% on Sacrifice, Clarissa's forced to use Howling Shot which does about 22% factoring in Dragon Hex. On the surface, this is just enough for Corrin's 102% HP...except it doesn't factor in Howling Shot being subject to defense and it being slightly inaccurate on base.
Once those come up, Clarissa's Howling Shot needs to make a hit at roughly 72% and even then, Corrin's above average defense is probably enough to stop it from being lethal. If she misses or the defense is enough to stop it from doing mortal damage, Corrin will survive a sliver of HP and that's basically enough. Clarissa only has 82% HP and subpar defenses, so a follow up Omega Yato swing kills. Do I give Clarissa both calls here? Maybe on the hit, but I suspect the damage reduction on Howling Shot is more pronounced than 20% because in-game, Dragon HEX is more devastating against lower numbers versus higher ones (cutting a 4 damage attack by 4 means you take infinite hits as an extreme example) and Howling Shot fits that camp. So probably not on the latter. But wow, a real close match.
Lyndis (Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade) vs Zatanna (Justice League Heroes) - Did you know that FE7 Silver Bows had the same might as Silver Swords? I didn't. And that kind of ruins Lyn's chances here. She goes first, doubles (cause Zatanna is assumed to be average) and deals like 94-95% of Zatanna's HP, then gets hit with Polymorph and dies. I considered Sol Katti for a moment but that's such a big AS hit that I think Lyn stops doubling. But what about evade? Polymorph is both GT and a pure status move, so if anything it'd check MDef and it has a perfect hit rate outside of immunity to boot.

Rahal (Suikoden V) vs Sancho (Front Mission 4) - Jesus Christ. Sancho has enough healing to outlast this. Super, is that you???
