Well, if the Giants can play more like the first half than the second half last night for the rest of the season, they should do pretty well.

Eagles looked awesome beating up on the Rams, but they looked awesome last year beating up on the Lions. We'll see if it takes this time, I guess. DeSean Jackson could be the real deal, which would be great. God knows we could use another speed threat and a return game.

The only way this season could get better is if Romo gets in a car crash.

In other news, this season is going to be epic.

Pfft, Romo will do what he always does: get to the playoffs and then lose the first game. I like to call him "Albert DeSalvo," for you see, both of them were exceptional choke artists.

Again, I apologize.

apologizing for something you're not sorry for is in poor taste.  You're not sorry and you're a shithead.

in any case, if he's overrated, you should want him to play so he can prove to the world what a bad QB he is.

I guess thats the key difference in New York and Boston fans.

When New York teams are hated, their fans revel in it and don't really care.

When a Boston team is hated, their fans can't understand it and lash out at any hate.

Everyone hates New York and Boston. We just don't vocalize it because we hear enough about their stupid rivalry anyway.

Not really.  I don't mind Patriots hate, and I certainly enjoy hating the Yankees.  I want them to fail, and I look forward to the whiny headlines blaming A-Rod for the whole thing.  I'm looking forward to some smug superiority after the Yanks miss the postseason.

There's a big difference between wanting A-Rod to fail miserably for the rest of his career, being forever branded a loser and choke artist, and wanting him to seriously hurt himself.  Injuries are a reality of sports, and I don't feel too bad when they happen to the other guys, but I don't wish for it or gloat about it.  It's classless.

Think I'd be cheering like that if Eli Manning went down, or Favre?  Get real.

EDIT:

The only way this season could get better is if Romo gets in a car crash.

In other news, this season is going to be epic.

Quite the opposite~

Romo helped a couple who had a flat tire. What a swell guy.

*cough*

Man, get a win early this year Miami...

Also, Tampa has faith in Griese once again. The world shivers in fear.

Yeah, I saw that. So whatever I say, the opposite related thing will happen?

Man, the only way this season could get better is if Tony Romo runs a bake sale for the elderly.

Huh.  I just heard on Sportscenter that the elderly are holding a bake sale for Tony Romo.  Isn't that nice?

Hey, it doesn't work like that. A car crash did not get into Tony Romo.

Well, the Packers have it in the bag today for two reasons:

1) They're playing the Lions.

2) They're playing on my birthday and this hasn't happened for seven years now.

If Matt Ryan beats the Bucs today, he is the second coming of Doug Flutie.

...

Fuck BC.
