Ladd Russo is pretty cool. Still looking for a better image, but I might as well use his OP appearance for the time being.

Unfortunately, shots like that don't work so well in 128x128.

That's a direct resizing of that image down to DL avatar size, Soppy. You might actually like your current, cropped version more. You should also get GIMP 2, it's free and fun.
