Ah, the circle of DL life.

Strange. New boards have fueled my desire for random chatter on boards for the first time in... ages. It's 2003 all over again!

Yeah, I was thinking about that myself. I think new boards just promote that kind of thing for some random reason.

A change of scenery after all that time is a good thing. Perhaps it'll refresh the group as well. Mmm, breaks.

<_< >_>

Perhaps I can drag Neph back and figure out if Nyarlie's will work.

Ooooooooooooo Elfboy! I've decided to quit working on the DL to become a NSA agent. I will be abusing my powers to investigate you and will mail the results to Ciato. Enjoy.

I hope Rob returns to these boards. It was cool to see him come back the second time.

And because with everyone starting back at 0, it's the perfect time to do a quick post blitz and become top poster.

Yeah, because nothing says cool like a high post count on an Internet forum.

Yeah, nobody would care about something silly like that.

Awww, Super, I'm sorry I won't do your mindless slave labor!

It is done, master. ;_;

Yay, now I can avoid doing NR work for tonight and focus on what matters.

Sitting down and watching hours of Megaman 2 LP videos.

Why watch LPs when you can just play MEGAMAN? Which is what I'm going to spend MY night doing.

Yeah, we talk big, but in the end, we all end up doing Super's mindless slave labour. Although playing Megaman games can and should take priority.

I'm weird. Maybe it's the years I spent having to share a console with family, but I'd much rather watch than play most games, especially action heavy ones.

Mrf. Need to decide whether or not to try and find a more fitting Christmas avvy or not. Laziness will likely win out, but.

Also, slave labor? I just do things at random and hope they work. Does that count?

(re: Megaman. I'd like to watch games but uh gogo Chinanet, so I end up playing a lot. Also, super, DW3 stats will be forthcoming sooner or later. Been delayed due to numerous computer reformats until now.)

I really have always enjoyed watching my brother play RPGs for some reason, although watching him play SotN was a nightmare.

I wonder how much my current lack of interest in games has to do with that.  I have remakes of two of my all time favorite games in front of me and I'm just kinda 'meh' about it, same with new games. I know the RPGP/DL has a large part to do with it along with football, but right now I'm just not interested in playing games.

Tai: Excellent. Can't wait to see.

God, this brings back memories. I remember postracing on Spectrum with Dune/Hal/Ninja/Ciato and others every day I was at school. The RPGP rating topics as well.. mm. So much fun, but you can't go back.

I've always enjoyed watching others play games, as well as playing for an audience. Never could get into the idea of watching the exploits of some random internet person though. (I mean a random LPer from another site - a DLer would be fine and I have watched one or two videos from them.) Unless it was something that really wowed me, like that famous SMB3 speedrun from a few years back.

As for personal lack of interest in games... I just think I'm slowly phasing away from the RPG genre. With FE10 complete there are hardly any new RPGs I care about; for the first time in years I am more excited about non-RPGs generally. In fairness, RPGs are in a bit of a bad spot at the moment. What exactly is coming out soon? <_< Ah well. Still have some interest in OS or FF12, but not urgent level.

I wouldn't want to go back, although it was good times.

And I can't say much. All I've wanted to play recently is Megaman.

I want to play more now that I have huge swaths of free time but with P3 done all I've got is emulatable stuff. No matter, Battletoads must be conquered at all costs.
Don't think of it as a novel. Think of it as a chance to retroactively win every argument you have ever walked away from.
