Read the old topic. It has the same power in the code as Eliminat. The bastard is accurate. (It's listed as the same accuracy/stat check as Earth, which I'd peg at 90%+ at endgame? Why I was using this at endgame I have no idea, but I recall doing it for kicks. I think I was bored. It's also listed as the exact same check as Telele.)

The problem is that Paralysis/Sleep/whatever you call it in PS4 has a 50% chance of wearing off every turn. So if you do see this as taking that long, it could come up.

Edit: Also, yes, I didn't check this before when I said that 8% figure, I assumed it was somewhat less accurate myself. Ah well, so it's closer to 12%.

Edit 2: Oh, it's a skill. With 4 shots. Not 4 MP cost.

The other thing is, unless I'm mis-remembering, they have a 50% chance to wear off on the turn they were cast, so even if she had a bunch of shots, it would be less than that (unless you already took it into account)

Also, you have to keep in mind Kres has a Sleep blocker -and- that Bindwa checks for MDef in its hit check. Bindwa is a hopeless endeavor there even before taking into account it's PS4 sleep (don't think it's Paralysis, it'd suck less if it was).
