Champion of Champions - Week 2

Last week saw a rousing round of, well...  mostly blowouts.  On the other hand, it did answer the age old question of who would win in a duel, a ninja or a dragon.  This week we present the other half of the field, presenting an epic tale as two members of the famed PS4 flood meet each other on the field of battle, and the famed Gilgamesh makes his debut.  Plus, a mystery guest from the famed Season 2!  All this and more awaits in the quest to find the CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS!!!

Season 21: Zophar vs. Season 36: Jade - Fate Storm.  Though it might be possible Jade goes first and OHKOs?  Kinda doubting both of those happen at the moment.
Season 11: Melfice vs. Season 8: Ash Lambert - Hm, I think Ash can pull this through offhand.
Season 48: Heat vs. Season 2: Menardi


Heavy:

Season 26: Gilgamesh vs. Season 32: Malik Bendict - Unless Gilgamesh has some magic or ITE I'm misremembering?
Season 29: Angela vs. Season 10: Ryu2
Season 12: Auron vs. Season 45: Eirika - I think the evade kind of screws Auron over here?

Middle:

Season 34: Elena vs. Season 36: Arnaud - Immunes ID/sleep, has good MDef, has ITE?  Thinking Slow Down might be enough here...
Season 13: Rune vs. Season 18: Kyra - Uh, kneejerk.
Season 37: Juan vs. Season 49: Kornell - Waking Rune means Kornell just paunches them down one at a time, I think?
Season 33: Delita vs. Season 28: Jerin - Kneejerk.

Zophar vs. Jade - I think Zophar is my little Godlike running joke by this point.
Melfice vs. Ash Lambert - Thanks his lucky stars his silence isn't attached to the physical and thanks his lucky stars for the evade.

Gilgamesh vs. Malik Bendict - ... fail.
Angela vs. Ryu2 - That's a lol if I've ever seen one.
Auron vs. Eirika - Auron accuracy vs. Eirika evade. This is ugly.

Elena vs. Arnaud - Slow Downs, then triples after Elena's first turn, which means he gets three shots to connect the ID and win. Don't see her dress immuning instant death by G3 proxy unless the equipment immunes ID in its own game.
Rune vs. Kyra - Kyra is a better dueller, but Rune has the ID. Oh well.
Juan vs. Kornell - ... right, Kornell doesn't OHKO and I don't see his durability as much. This is a boom.
Delita vs. Jerin - Thinking the threat of 2HKO+deadly status looming in is a bit too much. Jerin is a notably better Heavy than Delita, but this is the grief of the damageless Heavy healer.

White Wizard vs. Sigurd - no
Kimahri vs. Saki - Saki fucking sucks.

Season 11: Melfice vs. Season 8: Ash Lambert - No Vandalier for me, so Ash fries.  Doesn't really matter, since Vandalier eats Silence anyways.

Season 29: Angela vs. Season 10: Ryu2 - *yawn*

Season 13: Rune vs. Season 18: Kyra - ID.
Season 33: Delita vs. Season 28: Jerin - Right.

Season 51: Lieza vs. Season 52: Garret - Think Power Loss and Hold Enemy swing things in her favor.

Season 11: Melfice vs. Season 8: Ash Lambert: I dunno.

Heavy:

Season 26: Gilgamesh vs. Season 32: Malik Bendict: Gilgamesh is all evadable physicals. Granted, he might have Slow, which could change this... maybe. Want to say he doesn't.
Season 29: Angela vs. Season 10: Ryu2: Kills faster.
Season 12: Auron vs. Season 45: Eirika: Dodges and stuff.
Season 51: Deamoned vs. Season 25: Zog: Zog is a really mean physical wall, and Char is brutal enough to get past AD kinda. Which means it... 4HKOs or so. Good enough!


Middle:

Season 34: Elena vs. Season 36: Arnaud: Elena immunes status, but this does not include ID. Or stat downs. Bad mix against Arnaud. Meanwhile, Arnaud does block Sleep.
Season 13: Rune vs. Season 18: Kyra: Has two chances to land instant death.
Season 37: Juan vs. Season 49: Kornell: Don't think Kornell OHKOs offhand.

Light:

Season 34: White Wizard vs. Season 26: Sigurd: uhhh Silent Lake, right.
Season 5: Khimari vs. Season 4: Saki: I guess Saki triggers a lot of counters or something.

Season 48: Heat vs. Season 2: Menardi - pffft, does PC Heat lose to Menardi? Sheesh.

Heavy:

Season 26: Gilgamesh vs. Season 32: Malik Bendict - Gilgamesh 2 gets Wind magic. Gilgamesh 3 gets to summon Enkidou who has Slow and wind magic. Forms 1 and 4 are out of luck.
Season 29: Angela vs. Season 10: Ryu2 - uh, whoever goes first wins unless Ryu2's status immune. Don't think he is.
Season 12: Auron vs. Season 45: Eirika
Season 51: Deamoned vs. Season 25: Zog - Isn't Zog.
