Whew. Elaine could stand to have faced someone less pathetic than Nergal, but getting rid of creeps makes her life far less boring if nothing else. Speaking of creeps, though, what is wrong with this Massimo... um, thing? He's far more similar to, say, Gadget Z, than to a human being, and also seems to talk as embarrassingly as Belle's trinket. On the other hand, that big bardiche looks a lot more painful than anything Gadget Z can manage to swing, so Elaine might want to tread this a bit carefully. But with her runes and good looks, all should pan out all right: a few lightspeed strikes here, a Kindness Drop there, abusing her far superior speed and cleavage there, the usual. Maybe next week, Elaine will face an amenably handsome fellow instead of the freaks she's had to deal with so far.
