Heavy:
Dark Knight Cecil (FF4) iiiiiiii vs. Lezard Valeth (VP2 - PC form only)
Odessa Silverburg (S1) iiiiiiiiii vs. Nicholai (SH2 - PC form only)

Middle:
Shinjiro Aragaki (P3) i vs. Canaan (XS3)
Milda (G1) iiiii vs. Asch (TotA - stick with his first temp appearance for this, i.e., the less laughable one >_>) i

Luis Virgil (XS1 - PC form only) vs. Samson (AtL4) iiii

This probably should have been renamed Temp and Special Character wars, but...eh, whatever!  I just wanted to see Dhyer's head explode, which should happen this week!  Or next week!  Anyway, this week's matches:


Godlike:
Uranus (LaL) vs. Giffca (FE9 form ONLY!)
'Rozalin' (D2 - you know where this is >_>) vs. Croix (LP:T - the level 100 solo fight in the past)

Heavy:
Alys (PS4 - PC form only >_>) vs. White Rose (SaGa Frontier)
Jowy Atreides (S2) vs. Lucian (VP1)

Middle:
Rassius (ToE - PC form only) vs. Minwu/du/whatever (FF2 - Main Game form)
Young Teepo (BoF3) vs. Peter Pan (KH)

Light:
Yoshimo (BG2) vs. Hien (SH2 - PC form only)
Cid (FF4) vs. Aeris (FF7)

Heavy:
Alys (PS4 - PC form only >_>) vs. White Rose (SaGa Frontier)- Outslugs WR's iffy status. (Charm hype is fail as always)
Jowy Atreides (S2) vs. Lucian (VP1)- Jowy I scale to endgame no matter what for obvious reasons. Don't think it's reasonable to just scale him to the duel, he rejoins very techically at the end, etc etc.

Light:
Yoshimo (BG2) vs. Hien (SH2 - PC form only)
Cid (FF4) vs. Aeris (FF7)- Cid can't beat limit fighters ever. He slowly, slowly, SLOWLY gets worn down. I think. Man.

Jowy Atreides (S2) vs. Lucian (VP1): Faster. May even need one less hit to kill anyways.

Light:
Cid (FF4) vs. Aeris (FF7): Mm, do I see Cid as capable of avoiding a L3? I think so. FF7 L1 limit healing fails as always.

I think you miscounted the votes on Ted vs. Alma, OK.  Alanna didn't bold hers, that may be why, but by my count it was Ted 5, Alma 4.  News I'm sure you're very happy to hear. :P

Rassius (ToE - PC form only) vs. Minwu/du/whatever (FF2 - Main Game form)- My memory on FF2 is hazy but what I do remember is that Mindu absolutely breaks the game at the point he joins. Didn't he have tons of good magic? Should be enough to out fight Rassius.

Light:
Cid (FF4) vs. Aeris (FF7)

Uranus (LaL) vs. Giffca (FE9 form ONLY!): Giffca's 9 Move gives him the tiebreak here, I think, and there's no a chance in hell Uranus survives one turn of Giffca.

Heavy:
Alys (PS4 - PC form only >_>) vs. White Rose (SaGa Frontier): White Rose in Heavy? She's...no different in the DL taken as a Permanent PC (which is possible in Emelia's path!), than she is in Asellus' Path as a Temp...and I think she's Middle in the DL.  Alys...still has Death, forcing a Blood Chalice to lower her defenses to other damage (like, say, Fire), Saner, and Deban to deal with most of White Rose's other tricks.
Jowy Atreides (S2) vs. Lucian (VP1): Basing this off Staff Jowy, if that's not obvious; Sword Jowy exists for too short a time to really consider.  Anyway, Lucian's damage is better since he leaves before Bahamut Tears, and the relative damage boost from other weapons isn't much different than Swords anyway, so he's doing the same relative damage vs. Lower Average.  The problem? Piercing ONe is absolutely cracked out that if it doesn't OHKO, I'd be shocked when Jowy leaves, and Jowy is faster.

Middle:
Rassius (ToE - PC form only) vs. Minwu/du/whatever (FF2 - Main Game form): White Rose in Heavy and Minwu in Middle? Um, Minwu's better at everything, considering his skillset, stats, etc.  You don't realize this in game since you intentionally gimp him being a Temp and are focusing on the other PCs, probably power leveling the **** out of them after he joins, but well, he has that advantage too.  Ras, meanwhile, sucks.
Young Teepo (BoF3) vs. Peter Pan (KH): Teepo's game best everything during the temp arc barring Speed, which I know Rei beats him at (the one stat Rei > Ryu, and its significant, Teepo's Ryu with slightly better stats across the board.)  How much...well, depends if you allow him Ice Blast, but I know for a fact his Physical > the others, and I think Simoon was stronger anyway.  I don't remember Peter Pan having a particularly large amount.

Light:
Yoshimo (BG2) vs. Hien (SH2 - PC form only): Can't vote.
Cid (FF4) vs. Aeris (FF7): Cid's damage when he leaves isn't that bad, from recollection.  He's dealing with no mages (Tellah's gone, Rydia joins after he leaves), Rosa's in the party, so yeah.  He should have no problem getting around a limit as a result.

'Rozalin' (D2 - you know where this is >_>) vs. Croix (LP:T - the level 100 solo fight in the past) - This is the most wonderful fight ever. Going with Croix b/c reaching lvl100 in LP:T is about a million times harder than reaching lvl5000 or whatever it was in D2. Ergo, 'Rozalin' is easier to beat. (sketchy, I know, but it's the best scaling I can think of here).

Heavy:
Alys (PS4 - PC form only >_>) vs. White Rose (SaGa Frontier) - Charm hype?!
Jowy Atreides (S2) vs. Lucian (VP1) - Spearmen in VP1 are pretty game-breaking.

Middle:
Rassius (ToE - PC form only) vs. Minwu/du/whatever (FF2 - Main Game form) -damn, can't vote.
Young Teepo (BoF3) vs. Peter Pan (KH) - Don't know -anything- about KH stats. damn.

Light:
Yoshimo (BG2) vs. Hien (SH2 - PC form only) - BG2, can't vote.
Cid (FF4) vs. Aeris (FF7) - This is AMAZING! >.>;;
