Ok.. well I can rebalance it for 15; Tai, how soon can you play? I have a feeling that by the time I've rebalanced it, we could run with 17. I'd honestly be a lot happier with at least 17, compared to 15. It pushes it over the small game limit, at any rate >.>

Just looking at the number of actual Mafia players around here, I'd say you should probably go ahead and rebalance for 15 just in case. You can revert to a larger form if there's a sudden rush of signups after this point, but don't count on that; besides, dropouts have been a problem lately, so having some replacements on hand would be a pretty good idea. No one is happy if somebody needs to bail and there's no ready replacements and mod basically has to resort to modkill or suspend the game indefinitely pending a replacement.

Otter - right, I'll take your advice on that one. We currently have 14 on the list, but hopefully between Tai and Ciato we can round that up to 15. I rebalanced for 17 today in the hopes we'd get a couple more, but doesn't look like it at this point. Tomorrow I'll go ahead and rebalance again for 15.

Anybody - please tell me now if there are any problems with your current commitment to this game (if you need to drop out or anything). I know that unforseen things come up, but nothing we can do about that.

I shall be re-rebalancing and then sending out roles by the end of this weekend, so in about 48 (max 72) hours from now.

I had hoped for a bigger game, but perhaps this will be better for my first attempt at online modding, though I anticipate it will be easier than real-life modding. If anyone does want to sign up last minute, let me know in the next 24 hours.

Right well Tai won't be around, sp we're still waiting on a 15th player at least.

Ok, I'm going to send the roles out. I'll have to find someone to fill role #14, I feel bad about subbing Ciato into it straight away like that since she said she didn't want to play right now, so I'll fish around and see if anyone else is interested. See how we go.
