Yeah, I'm aiming for January first if that's not problematic for people. I'm going to be with family for the first half of next week, and will have DL people here on the 28th through the 30th, so I don't want start the game until after all that's done with.

1) Alex isn't actually playing! Strike his name from the list! So tempted to play in random mafia just so I have another shot at getting him killed (and maybe we'll even be on opposite sides to boot.)

2) If we don't have 25 people by the propose start date, will we still be able to run?

That's the plan. Would still like to have a couple more people, but I'll just have to cut a few roles if nineteen is all we're getting. Going to aim for a start time of 6PM EST, since I'm not sure yet whether I'll be doing anything New Year's Eve/morning of January 1st.
