Mercenary ronin Scias is known to have a few problems with stuttering, but the only thing his opponents tend to hear is the whistle of his Shiningblade technique. The strength of his sword, along with his magical bag o' tricks and all-or-nothing desperation tech Rakshasa, has served the Grassrunner quite well, earning him a surprising upgrade to the ranks of the Godlike division.
