A goddess on par with Tyr herself, Bleu (or Deis, as some would call her - she apparently can't decide on what her real name is, despite the divine heritage) has a fairly rich history in the annals of Breath of Fire. Directly aiding two different Ryus in the battle against Tyr and her dreaded spawn Deathevns, Bleu proved to be a great asset, her divine sorcery a significant boon to the beleagured forces of good. Subsequently (or perhaps presequently - if that's a word - since no one can make up their damn minds where the series timeline actually falls), she aided two more Ryus as a master, teaching her powerful magicks to all those who could withstand her...unorthodox training methods. Despite being Tyr's sister, the snake-woman Bleu fights on the side of truth and justice, and will never back down when it comes to fighting for the right cause.

A dedicated mage, Bleu commands deadly elemental magic with which to smite her opponents. Combined with the ability to shed her damaged skin for a brand new carapace, Bleu makes a pretty dangerous opponent for even former champions in Godlike, such as Kuja. While her luck has been spotty at best, never fear, for there will come a day when this young goddess gets her chance to shine.
