Silent and wise, the great King Cai ( not to be confused with King Kai ) lead the magic country of Caerleon to victory during the great war of Forsena, aiding the young prince Lance in uniting the continent. King Cai's leadership helped keep his people calm in times of trouble, and it was these skills that allowed him to persevere when others fell. Armed with knowledge, compassion, and the forces of magic, Cai is not a monarch to be taken lightly.

Fittingly, Cai is a powerful mage, especially by Light standards, in the DL. A huge arsenal of spells at his disposal, and it's no wonder Cai has come very close to a championship in every one of his appearances.
