The famed Masamune is a truly fine weapon, but as Garai and his friend discovered, the price one must pay to acquire it is high indeed. Possessed by the evil powers of the blade, his fellow Deva Dragoon unwittingly slew Garai and forever trapped his soul within the Isle of the Damned. From then on, Garai haunted the dreaded isle, attacking all those who came until Serge finally put his soul to rest.

While he has lost his role as a vengeful ghost in the DL (where being dead is just a temporary state of being), he's still someone most would rather not meet. Much like his son, Garai wields the mighty Einlanzers to great effect. Of course since he's had more experience than Glenn, he's far more dangerous in the ring than the boy can ever hope to be.
