Porre is a technologically advanced empire with dreams of conquest through military might with no regard of who gets trampled. With a philosophy such as this, it's a wonder how Norris, an honest and fair young man who does not care for the darker practices of his superiors, managed to become the Commander of an elite groups such as the Black Wind. Then again, considering his skill as a soldier, spy, and an electrical engineer, not to mention his strive to excel in everything he does, it would have been a waste to leave him in the lower ranks of the army.

With his military expertise, his skills as a dueller are top notch. Despite wielding a simple pistol to his name, he's able to unleash an array of devastating magical and physical attacks upon his unsuspecting foes. He may appear to be unassuming, but when the Commander of the Black Wind howls, someone before him will soon die.
