Small, adorable, and more than a little naive about the world, Starky seems to resemble one of those aliens that Spielberg promotes. That is, until you learn he's a galactic auditor who came to Serge's world for the sole purpose of deciding whether it should be left alone or destroyed! ...fortunately for Serge's crew, Starky ended up liking them quite a bit, even going so far as to risk never going home again to help them restore order to their planet, so there should be no worries about an alien fleet passing by with intent to unleash hot laser death upon them anytime soon.

Of course, Starky still does have his pride as a galactic agent, and he will give it his best shot in the DL. With Alien technology on his side, he can choose to either blast his foes to kingdom come, or simply summon his giant mecha to crush them to oblivion. Sure, this little alien that could may think humans are all right, but that won't stop him from taking out any who stands in his way, even if they are former allies as Funguy found out.
