Jessica certainly has the power to avenge her brother. With Twin Dragon Lash, her physical output is nasty: with Tension and Oomph, that damage can be jacked to even more extreme levels. Magic Burst is a massive overkilling strike at a cost to Jessica's MP reserves, but she also has fire, ice and non-elemental magics that are less expensive, magic reflection, the ability to drop enemy defense, and potent sleep magics. Combine this with an autodeath knife physical if she opts for it, HP stealing with a whip, free healing and MP regeneration with a staff, and the ability to charm the opponent with any of the above weapons, and she is an enemy to be feared even in Godlike.
