Laharl's number one vassal is cut from the same cloth as her master - sneaky, underhanded, and vengeful, the demoness Etna has been steadily scheming her way towards the throne of the Netherworld. The fact that this throne is currently occupied by her boss doesn't bother her a bit - he's just the final obstacle in her path.

The fiery Etna's path through the DL has been rather strewn with corpses as well. After a loss to Zell in the same season in which Laharl had his first appearance, Etna returned to the arena some time later, carving her way all the way to the Light finals. While she didn't manage to capture the crown, she did manage to secure a berth in Middle, and she eagerly awaits a chance to prove that dirty tricks can take you a long way indeed.
