The Archangel Vulcanus, one of the highest-ranked angels in all Celestia, has taken time out of his busy schedule of world unification (under his naturally capable rule) to make his appearanace in the halls of the RPG Duelling League. Bringing the ranks of the Heavy division to heel should be excellent practice for his eternal rule of the cosmos.

Unfortunately, this theory has yet to be proven. Vulcanus' sole appearance met with dismal failure, as his angelic might was put to shame by the skillful spells of a tomboy mage in the League's seventeenth season. Soon, though, soon will the Duelling League tremble before the might and power of the Great Vulcanus!
