Anyways. Jeff is indeed the resident nerd from the Earthbound delegation, and the only non-psychic. After being summoned by Paula's freaky mind powers to help out in the quest to Save the World(™), he brought along an arsenal of weaponry and a mind befitting a nerd king.

In the DL, Jeff can bring to bear his scientific powers for the good of nerds everywhere and the ill of his less... gifted enemies. With an array of gadgets capable of such effects as parasitic healing, defense lowering, and good-old-fashioned mass destruction, Jeff is not to be taken lightly.
