That time has yielded great dividends; while Hector's fighting style might not look very refined, it is brutally effective in that way that only an axe to face can be. Sneaking away from Castle Ostia to aid his good friend Eliwood, he arrived just in time to deal with an ambush from the Black Fang's forces near Santaruz. He joined Eliwood's quest to find Marquess Pherae thereafter, and soon found himself embroiled in a matter that would soon endanger the entire world...

Clad in Ostian Steel and holding Armads high, Hector lead Fire Emblem's very first incursion into the Duelling League, defeating the famed Vincent Valentine before he fell in combat. His later matches have been less successful, but he's determined to make a big splash someday, especially now that his friend and sometimes rival Lyn has joined him in Heavy.
