Solid as a rock, Oswin is one of Ostia's most loyal and dedicated servants. It was thus only natural for him to be chosen to look over Hector when the Marquess's younger brother set off to aid his friend Eliwood. Calm and methodical, Oswin provided a voice of reason as a counterpart to Hector's more hotheaded nature, and his advice and connections to Ostia's spy network proved of great use throughout their journey through Lycia, Bern, and into the heart of darkness on the Black Isle.

He now seeks to demonstrate the strength and resiliancy of Ostia's Armor Knights in the Duelling League. Though a swift mage put a quick end to his last appearance, Oswin has plenty of patience. He will simply wait for next time, when perhaps he can put the mighty Steel of Ostia to better use.
