A female swordmaster is quite rare and exciting to see, and Marisa is one of best there is. She has beautiful magenta hair and matching eyes and is generally a very nice looking lady, but she is a deceptively powerful and deadly swordswoman. She is originally a mercenary working for Gerik and his men, but during a mix-up, she ended up fighting for the Grado Empire. After one of the members of her mercenary troops talks to her, she realizes the mistake and joins the army. She is a quiet woman who doesn't really know much about romance or love or any of those silly things. But she does know how to awe suitors with her superior fighting power, although her enemies certainly aren't delighted about her power. While she might be a division behind the gambler Joshua, she seeks to prove that she does belong in Heavy, and she'll display this with her expert swordsmanship.
