Before Freya and Izlude, there stood one who was the master of Jump. Kain Highwind's twisted tale of betrayal and redemption highlighted the inner torment of this secrective dragoon. No matter what side he was on, Kain's shining spear cut anyone who stood in his way into bloody ribbons.

Kain's fall from grace in the Duelling League has been one of close, painful losses. Barely losing out to Delita Hyral lead to him falling to Light. This was followed by many failed attempts to return to his former division, most of which ended when he faced an eventual Middle a few rounds too early. Thankfully, his hard work finally paid off in Season 26, where he survived an especially tough string of duellers to reach the finals. While he did lose in a close match, he was still able to pierce his way through the upgrade pool. Now, Kain waits in the wings of Middle, looking for a chance to show that he's still got what it takes.
