A Sage of great renown and experience, Tellah commands respect from all who dabble in the mystic arts on his world, even the Elder of Mysidia himself. His command of both Black and White Magic is most impressive, extending even to the forbidden spell Meteo. Time has taken its toll on Tellah, however; his aged body has not the durability that it used to, or the resources to cast magic like he did in the days of his youth. Nonetheless, when his beloved daughter is slain by Golbez on his quest to raid the world's crystals, Tellah sets out to avenge her, no matter what the cost; even if it takes his life...

While he may lack the resources to cast Meteo in a duel, his array of spells remains impressive nonetheless, with plenty of healing, attack magic, and deadly status effects. Alas, the uppity youngsters whom has has faced have managed to defeat him every time. Nevertheless, Tellah looks forward to his next match, when he hopes to show the Duelling League that he's not about to step aside for the next generation just yet.
