Yang Fabool is one of FFIV’s many characters who, at the brink of death, rises like a phoenix and randomly lives again! Ah, if only we all had such talent. And he gets a kingdom in the process, so apparently the benefits of random revival aren’t too terribly bad. Unfortunately, he still has his wife to perpetually boss him around and annoy him in every way possible, so not even Yang’s life is perfect. But in the arena, it’s all fun and games! Yang has his mighty claws to inflict random status on his poor, defenseless enemies, his charming good looks to seduce the ladies, and his baldness to promote an aerodynamically sound fighter! All in all, a damn good duelling package whose inexvitable championship surprised absolutely no one.
