Celes Chere is a former Empire General that got removed from the army for not having nearly enough insanity or blind loyalty. She later linked up with the Returners, where she met her lover, Locke. Presently, she fights in the RPGDL and has put together a rather impressive string of wins, first securing a Heavy Championship, and later damaging Godlike's ranks as well with her strength. Between her magic and her magic-killing Runic technique, Celes is respected, even among the big boys.
