He has had the repeated misfortune of losing to the eventual division champion almost every single time he's entered the arena, Nanami being the only exception. Cyan keeps a special interest on Godlike matches, rejoicing every time an honorable hero takes the highest title, especially if they have to beat Kefka to do it.
