Of course, getting away with the bare minimum generally requires doing it well the first time, so Reno is naturally highly competent at his work, getting the job done with a minimum of fuss. Toward that end, Reno specializes in immobilizing his foes, his Electromag Rod often paralyzing them in addition to whatever other damage such a shock inflicts. As Nina the Fourth and Slade have learned, it's dangerous to underestimate this Turk.
