Raijin is the third member of Balamb Garden’s Disciplinary Committee, and along with Fujin, is a dedicated member. His loyalties lie more strongly with Seifer Almasy than with the school itself, and once Seifer abandons the mercenaries to fulfill his dream of becoming a knight in shining armor to an evil sorceress, Fujin and Raijin come along for giggles. Raijin isn’t exactly the smartest guy in the world, but he knows how to take abuse. If any of your attacks involve hitting one in the shins, you are completely screwed since Raijin is immune to all such attacks. Even if you aren’t, Raijin can still beat you with his large stick or hit you with giant lightning bolts. He eventually stops trying to kill Squall and company, and tries to put his life back together…
