A puppet to no one, Tio is not an Automata to toy with lightly. A blaze of motion and deadly chakram, Tio is a blur on the field of battle, difficult to outrun and even harder to hit. Having only limited experience in the Arena, Tio has shown little one way or the other to the Duelling League, but such a dynamic force can only stay away so long.
