Unknown to the fools that deride and ridicule him, Melbu Frahma is part of the greatest league of villains that the multiverse has ever seen: Super Happy Invincible Tyrants, which includes such mighty warriors as EVIL GAIA (the president), Palmer (secretary), Hrist (treasurer) and other astounding villains. It was the machinations of this body that perpetrated the events in Legend of Dragoon, and other games: Melbu faked defeat to lure his opponents off-guard, using his poetic taunts of "I am invincible!" and "I shall rule the world!", typical villain cliche-speak, to heighten the heroes' comfort in their victory. Yes, Melbu Frahma's true power shall be revealed...in time...

But for the moment, Melbu is using the power of the God of Destruction to fight his way through the RPGDL. Wielding powerful confusion, paralysis and stoning attacks, Melbu can disable any would-be hero that comes his way. With the capability to summon an entire army of winglies to attack his foes, Melbu is still more than capable of holding his own in any pathetic division.
