Dart's father, hero of the great Dragon Campaign, Rose's lover, he who snogged Haschel's daughter...the man named Zieg Feld goes by many names, none of which do justice to the great man. Bearer of the Red Dragoon Spirit, Zieg Feld's combat prowess during the Dragon Campaign saved the human race from extinction at the hands of the Winglies. However, things change with time, and over 10000 years later, Zieg showed his face again, this time to his son and former lover. Explaining a newfound desire to destroy the world (the greatest of motivations), Zieg kidnapped Shana and prepared to head toward the Moon. Chased by Dart's group, Zieg gave battle to bide time for the resurrection of the God of Destruction. Defeated by his son, Zieg was released from possession - under control of that dastardly ne'er dowell Melbu Frahma. Sacrificing himself to stop the madness of the Wingly Emperor, Zieg, with Rose, stayed behind to kill him, ending the terror of the God of Destruction, but also ending their lives. However, in death, both could find happiness - their spirits reincarnated into birds, they could watch the world at peace from afar.

Relegation to Light is a travesty for the original hero of the Red Dragon, and as such, Zieg won't be staying there for long. Utilizing the same fiery attacks his son does, including the deadly Final Burst and Red Eyes Wh...I mean, Red Dragon, there will be hell to pay once Zieg gets his day in the spotlight again.
