Cheerful, excitable, and, far, far too peppy and energetic for her own good, she is Noa, heroine of Legaia and occassional Dancing Queen. She's also far too naive about city-life, much to the occassional embarrassment of her peers, but you really can't blame her for that what with being raised by a talking wolf and all.

As for the DL, Noa just wants to have some fun, leading to some rather unorthodox matches. Not only can she summon her foster mother to aide her, she can also be, shall we say... very friendly and loving in battle. This has a tendency to make her opponents too confused to notice her small and delicate fists laying them out with the force of a runaway dump truck. Her style may be weird, but it's undeniably nasty, as one can see in her Season 17 run before she lost to the Wutai ninja in a very close match.
