Young Alex of Burg began his adventure with nothing more than a loyal (if questionably competent) friend by his side, a flying white kitten, and an ocarina. By his journey's end, his companion had become the wealthiest merchant in the world, his "cat" was actually one of the four dragons that served under the goddess Althena, and he himself had become Dragonmaster, following the footsteps of his hero, Dyne. With four others, he lead them across the world seeking answers and destiny: he found both, and moreso put an end to the plans of the Magic Emperor, Ghaleon, who seeked to ascend to the goddess Althena's position and rule over the world of Lunar to his designs, by defeating him in an epic battle.

Dragonmaster Alex is a solid blend of strengths within a duel, with no real weaknesses. With above average stats all across the board, and cast-best damage with his Sword Dance and Red Dragon Anger, he packs a powerful punch. Complementing this is an incredible skillset which boasts full healing, buffs, magic shielding, and more flavors of damage - but all at the cost of being highly MP intensive. Yet even for wars of attrition, Alex has considerably good durability, constant regeneration each round and halves all three common elements thanks to his Dragonmaster equipment. These traits, unfortunately, have not done his DL record justice, which most accurately shows his main weakness: a lack of status and/or instant death immunity. Nonetheless, the young hero is a high rider in the Heavy division and will remain so for quite some time.
