Muppy is so darn cute. You just want to hug him and cuddle him and adore the little guy. Indeed, Muppy Oktavia Vondercheck VII may be one of the DL's most adorable mascot characters.

Oh and he is a total villain through and through.

Make no mistake, Muppy is an evil little bugger with an axe to grind and a planet to conquer. This UFO-riding hostile alien life form tries to act friendly and little, but he is alien royalty and considers the lesser beings of Al-Revis academy to be his chattel (pending world domination).

He also takes that view of the DL. And with his UFO's rocket-launching capabilities and the power to make Punis out of those foolish enough to cross him, he may one day find himself attaining his goal of taking over (another) world.
