Like most pokemon, Articuno has a major problem when it comes to speaking: he can't exactly pronounce much beyond his own name. However, this legendary bird doesn't really need good grammar when he can cause a blizzard that spreads for miles! Articuno's claim to fame is being a master of ice: with the ability to freeze his foes into popcicles, he can easily lick anyone vulnerable to the coldest of all elements in record time, and deal nasty damage to anyone who resists it anyway with his high stats.
