Kyra Tierny is a bold and caring Esper from Dezolis who has a fawn over the legend of Lutz Walsh (and she has a harsh surprise when she finds out about the carrier of Lutz' will...). She also looks at Chaz like he's her little brother, who she picks at but ultimately cares about.

Her fighting prowess is also impressive: her Esper healing and magics are very useful, though more defensively than offensively. Despite falling to the fuddy-duddy Strago in the "Strago vs. PSIV" run at Season 6, she is a respectable mage on her own right, as her Middle championship and subsequent upgrade to Heavy, back in season 18, proved.
