Raja is a high priest of Dezolis. But do not let that position fool you into thinking he's a serious person: he has a penchant for bad jokes and puns that fails to amuse anyone but Rika. He is also rather moody, albeit fun-loving. He joins Chaz and company out of indignation, since the party crashlanded into Raja's temple, destroying it beyond repair.

DL-wise... well, he has healing. Loads of it. And powerful enchantments against evil opponents. But he has very little damage outside that, and he is very frail. Still, his restorative powers may pose a problem against other foes with poor damage.
