The original Shining Force was an eclectic mix of all sorts of fighters from different nations, but none could match Domingo for pure weirdness. A talking, spellcasting cephalapod-like creature hatched from an egg obtained in Manarina, he immediately offered his services to the Force, somehow capable of talking intelligbly with humans even as an infant. Domingo proved to be surprisingly effective in combat, his magic every bit as effective as that of the group's human and elven spellcasters.

Unfortunately, Domingo's luck has not been so kind in the DL, suffering an early downgrade and a poor record overall, as his opponents have continually preyed on his lack of status protection. Still, the strange creature looks forward to getting a chance in the arena again, hopefully against more conventional opponents.
