This sneaky little thieving rat is the one who caused all of the trouble in the entire game, and all with just a little jewel stealing! He did all of his stealing with the best of intentions, but this road led him to releasing great evils. After you help him break out of jail, he joins your group permanently! At first, he seems really weak and kind of crappy, but you’ve got to be patient with Slade. Once he promotes, he turns from crap to a killing machine! He is fast, deals tons of magical and physical damage, and is even capable of striking instant death upon his foes with his weapon the Gisarme! His one fight in the DL was against the Pyramid-cheesing Turk Reno, but he’ll be back to wreck havoc in Heavy again.
