The son of Koudelka had a rough life on the streets of London, trying to take care of himself, save his mother, and keep his fellow street urchins from the clutches of the resident deranged warlocks and scientists.

Fortunately, being the son of Koudelka has certain advantages, mostly in terms of vast supernatural powers. Halley brings a mix of everything to the Arena, including healing, brain-splitting magical beatdown, the odd status, and even some shockingly competent slingshot strikes. While Halley's had no luck in the Duelling League so far, his well rounded ESP talents are a surefire way to make sure that soon or later that success will come. After all, he can't let those pesky magic-immune opponents get in his way!
