Aside from being one of the better looking Wismen, Vesper is one of the more cerebral. His attacks are mainly mentally-oriented, consisting of the Petrifying Mindblast and the MP killing Mind Absorber. He has some draining in Bloodsucker, on top of that. Put it all together, and you get a status-reliant Wise Man that's just itching for a good fight. Whether his record will match his enthusiasm in later fights remains to be seen.
