Typically one to let his fists do the talking, Cliff's not without brains either: after all, it was his quick thinking throughout his journey with Fayt that saved the headstrong youth from getting himself killed multiple times.

As Cliff would say, "Nothing can stand up to me at this rate!" Cliff's Klausian genetics give him extreme resilience to punishment in all forms. Cliff's fast and strong, and few competitors can stand up to his Fists of Fury or Max Shockwaves for long. While Cliff may lack in the magical department, a good strong blow to the head works just as well as any Ultima or Supernova, meaning Cliff's fully capable of taking down any opponent who underestimates him even in the slightest.
