Tee hee hee! Viki is ditzy, silly, and one of the most popular and well-known characters in the Suikoden series. She is very cute but seems to have horrible luck, since she is randomly teleported to different places and times, typically when she sneezes. She is the wielder of the Blinking Rune, although no one really knows much else about her except that she time-travels as well as being a normal magician. Her Blinking Rune is her best friend in the DL Arena, having the ability to both attack and blink her enemies into another dimension. Indeed, this lady’s powers will get her far in the DL.
