Every group of hero's needs a young, cheerful little girl that may one day get them arrested by child protection agencies, and for Stahn and friends, Chelsea is that girl. While eternally cursed with the job of mending her grandpa's pants, Chelsea has nonetheless trained under an excellent marksman and is quite adept with a bow despite her young age. With Shock Arrow and Force Arrow leading her array of skills, she can be quite the competitor in the Ligth arena despite her young age.
