The first of the three prophets you meet, Melody is a prophet obsessed with beauty, changing her form to a more attractive one when she gained her powers after the accident in Yggdrasil. She's also the victim of many an angry tirade from Clive, for which she hates for making her feel shallow and stupid every time they meet.

Strangely enough, despite being the first prophet you meet, and probably the weakest one, she's also the last one to die, and on her own terms no less.

In the DL, she counters with Poison. Combined with her Eliminate Scanner and a barrier that nulls weak damage like those from healers, she can quickly overwhelm most Lights without taking much of a scratch herself.

While knights have proven to be annoying thorns to her sides in duels, Melody is hardly fazed by their fluke wins over her. She knows her powers are far beyond theirs, and she will one day return to the arena and show everyone the true terror and beauty of the prophets once more.
